AN UNNAMED RELATION

1140 pm 08 May 09 on a dark rainy night,…………………………………….. Bhaskar was sitting on his table and peeping out through his small window. It was raining very heavily outside as if it’s coming straight from the hell. The town was giving a deserted look and the darkness of night was chilling the spines with fear. But, all these were not affecting Bhaskar. He was lost in his deep memories down to his sub conscious mind…………………….

BHASKAR’S HOME LIFE

It has been ten years since bhaskar has completed his formal education .And within all these ten years; Bhaskar has risen to a comfortable position in his career. But, the thoughts of her have never left him alone in all these days as she was the person who transformed him to what he is today. Ten years back, Bhaskar was a lean and thin boy with no self ambitions at all. He was a late matured boy who was once caught reading comics secretly on the day of his final board exams. He got a severe beating from his dad for this. His dad was a living Hitler for him, who thrashes him badly for even a slightest mistake he makes. All these made bhaskar to weep day and night and as a result he developed into a very weak personality with a shaken self identity and self confidence. Although, Bhaskar was a very intelligent boy, but the forced expectations from his father, for which he was continuously beaten to fulfill his fathers dream, pushed Bhaskar’s life into a living hell. He lost all his self confidence and developed phobia to persons. He gets anxious and nervous to the slightest presence of humans. He even tried to commit suicide but the fear of his father thrashing him if he somehow escapes, turned down the idea of ending away his life. Somehow, he managed to carry on his life and finally the day come when his board exams results were out. He passed out in average category. And for this he faced the ugliest wrath of his father. Time passed and he interviewed for many career colleges and finally he got admission in one of the remotest college.
BHASKAR’S COLLEGE LIFE

It was the first day of Bhaskar in the college and hostel life. The college was famous for its severe ragging.Bhaskar also faced it .His batch mates who were initially more in number, reduced to half as the days passed. Bhaskar also faced many slaps from his seniors in the ragging, but he never ever imagined the idea of quitting the college. He stood there like a solid rock. For him, it was still a lot better then going back home and face the living Hitler, “His Father”. One day as a part of one of the ragging tasks, their group were instructed by the seniors to go to girls’ hostel and abuse them. To avoid the wrath of seniors, all followed the orders and went to the girls hostel and started abusing them left and right .Bhaskar also went with the group but he felt so helpless for not knowing any dirty words as his life till now was spent in reading comics, children books or watching occasional movies under parental guidance. So he recollected some scenes from the movie “sholey” and started saying its dialogue to the girls by showing his fist to them. The people started laughing at his act of innocence and ignorance. But amidst them, there was a girl who was watching Bhaskar from behind and was greatly touched by his innocence. Her name was “Padma”.She was one of the most beautiful girl in the college. One fine day she approached Bhaskar for a friendship. That was the most jubilant day for the Bhaskar, as till now he thought nobody loves him. Nobody till now has talked to him so nicely and in so much affectionate way.Bhaskar couldn’t think off any reactions to give her and ran away from the scene.
PADMA IN BHASKARS LIFE
Days passed, and they became friends.Padma was the first friend of Bhaskar in his life.Padma had come to the Bhaskar life like a fresh drop of water in the morning after a stormy and rainy night.Bhaskar‘s life from here took a dramatic turn. With Padma’s affection and care, he slowly started gaining his self confidence back.Bhaskar started believing in himself .Padma’s soft and sweet talks taught bhaskar how to talk with others , Padmas caring nature taught him how to care for others Padma’s well matured ways of thinking taught him how to take decisions. Due to Padma’s confidence in him, bhaskar discovered his hidden talents.Bhaskar rediscovered himself. He was a fine singer. With Padma’s support, he started participating in the singing competitions and soon he become famous. This gave him lots of self confidence and self identity. Now Padma meant everything to him .He was unable to live without Padma. Her slightest absence pushes bhaskar to land in the zone of distress. Her slightest presence makes bhaskar to climb the mountains of joy. But as we know that “To meet and then to part is the greatest tragedy and truth of human life”. This happened with Bhaskar also. His joys soon turned out to sorrow when the day they graduated. It was the time to part away.Bhaskar spend that whole day with her holding her hands .He was very sad and was weeping heavily from inside. He came to railway station to bid her farewll. And when the moment he left her hand, the whole earth seemed to fell on his chest. But as we can’t control our destiny, this moment was also out of the Bhaskar’s reach.
PADMA’S DISAPPEARANCE, APPEARANCE AND DISAPPEARANCE
Time is the greatest healer. After the college days both bhaskar and padma became busy in establishing their career. And with this, the frequency of letters and phone calls between them dropped.Bhaskar got a decent job and transferred to another place. He was a changed man now. He was a man with full of self confidence and intelligence. He developed into a handsome and cheerful personality.
The daily hassles of life has completely disconnected the communication between Bhaskar and Padma, but still it failed to disconnect the bonding between them .Bhaskar after settling down in his career, desperately tried to search padma everywhere. He wrote many letters to her old address. He searched the internet all over .But, in vain. Meantime, the family pressure to arrange his marriage was also increasing daily. And one fine day, he got married to a decent girl from his parent choice. They were happily married.
But somewhere down to his memories, Padma still existed there and perhaps it will never fade away. One morning, Bhaskar got the surprise of his life; the postman delivered a letter to him, yes! To his joy it was the letter from Padma. She was fine and didn’t marry till then.Bhaskar was overjoyed and he immediately replied back. And once again the series of exchanging letters started .Bhaskar didn’t hid anything .He explained how he got married and Padma also congratulated Bhaskar for his marriage.Bhaskar even got the Padma’s telephone number and when he heard the Padma’s voice over phone after so many years, he literally cried in tears. Even the god would also never be able to feel the Bhaskars emotion at that moment, when the same softness of Padma’s voice poured in back to bhaskar ears through the phone. But once again this joy proved to be short lived. Suddenly padma disappeared without any reasons. Her letters stopped, her phone number changed. Her address changed.
BHASKAR DESPERATE SEARCH FOR HER STARTED ONCE AGAIN AND IS CONTINUING TILL NOW………………………………………..

Padma is like a mystical puzzle for Bhaskar. He never committed that he is in love with her. But still her absence never proved satisfying for Bhaskar.Till now he couldn’t understand the relationship between him and Padma.Bhaskar never accepted it as love but then there are some relations which always remain above all the definitions

MYSTERIOUS NATURE OF MANKIND

What is a man? From ages, man has been considered as the most intelligent of the species, nothing seems to be impossible for a man. Man has created wonders. But with all these, man is also known for its complicated nature. The man, who looks so graceful when we compare it with other species, suddenly looks very ugly when we unfold the deepest region.
To make myself clearer, I would like to tell u a real story...................................
PART-I (BriefHistory……….)
Mahesh was the eldest amongst his five brothers. Those five brothers were famous as the Panch Pandavas in the village. There were stories told about them, their unity was an example for the other people. Days passed, and they grew up, Mahesh, who was the eldest of all, got a lowly paid job outside. Suddenly, his heart cried for his beloved brothers but he has no ways, he has to join the job. Lastly, with a broken heart and with mixed feelings, he parted with his brothers and went to join the job. So in this way, in the Panch Pandavas group, the eldest son Mahesh left and now he was replaced with Jitesh who was next to him. Now the whole responsibilities of an elder brother came to Jitesh’s shoulders as he has to shield and protect his younger brothers.Jitesh was a bright student with an introvert personality. He was very shy so he devoted himself to the studies only. Days passed and that day came, for which Jitesh was anxiously waited for his life. He cleared the civil services examination. His hard work paid off and he joined at a higher administrative post.
From here the things stated changing slowly……………………..
PART-II
Jitesh after joining the service became a bit proudy. He came in the grip of that personality, which always rules a man. First, he started considering himself as the Most Intelligent person and secondly, as the most efficient of all, as he was well paid off then his elder brother Mahesh. He came in the clutches of False Superiority Complex. But, he was not all that bad. He still cared for his brothers and in turn he was also responded more positively by his younger brothers. All these made Mahesh feel neglected and unwanted. Gradually, he lost his position and respect in the eyes of his younger brothers.
THIS PROVES THAT MONEY IS THE ULTIMATE GLUE THAT BINDS A RELATION.
Time passed and Mahesh got married. He got a lovely wife ‘Parvati” who was very caring and supportive. She gave birth to three children; the eldest was named as Dinesh. Mahesh’s family remained outside during this time and in the meanwhile Jitesh, fell in love with a girl named ‘Rakhi” Those were the colorful days, but they couldn’t last long. Jitesh could never express his inner feelings to Rakhi and one fine day she left him.Jitesh felt dejected, his heart cried heavily. But there was nothing he could do and the things slipped from his hand like sand. This incident made him more introvert and pushed him inside a shell and he never married again.
TRUE EXPRESSION OF LOVE IN TIME IS VERY ESSENTIAL
PART-III

Time passed and Durgesh, who was next to Jitesh, got a mediocre job and got married to a woman outside his caste whose name was ‘Sunita’.Sunita being from a lower caste ,always suffered from this Caste complex. She always nursed the feeling that she is from a lower caste and she has to come out of this by any means. So she started bitching Mahesh’s wife in his absence to gain a higher position in repect.Jitesh was out of this race as he never married. Meanwhile, Rupesh who was next to Durgesh also got an average job and married to a village girl named Kalawati .Rupesh was the simplest of the all brothers and he generally maintained a low profile. Time passed and the youngest brother also grew up. His name was Suresh and the interesting thing was he was younger to his eldest brother Mahesh by 25 years. Suresh was the most joyous and tactful amongst his other brothers. He was not good at studies but he managed to get a decent job. He was also famous amongst his brothers for his joyous and good nature.

THE MOST COMPLEX RELATIONSHIPS ARE THEY THEMSELVES

PART-IV

Sunita , being a very skilled talker, soon took charge of the whole family. By her sugar coated talks, she won the heart of everyone in the family. But her deepest feelings were stuck in like a venomous snake. To dethrone the eldest woman, Parvati (wife of Mahesh) she decided to gain majority and this was possible only when the youngest person Suresh marries a girl of her choice. So she started looking for Suresh’s bride and soon she succeeded also. She chose Rinki who was her best friend as Suresh’s future life partner. Suresh soon got married to Rinki.

IF WE DIG A WELL FOR OTHERS, WE OURSELVES MAY FALL INTO IT

PART-V
Rinki after getting a husband like Suresh, felt very happy. She thanked her friend Sunita deeply for this. Time passed and with time, relations also changes.Rinki also started hating the idea the despite of her husband’s better income, she and her husband are under Sunita and family.
Rinki was also a skilled talker like Sunita and she has all the skills like Sunita so she started strengthening her hold on her husband, Suresh. At the same time, she started neglecting Sunita also .Rink’s behavior started killing sunita. She understood her mistake but that also didn’t taught her any lesson as GOOD TEACHINGS SELDOME AFFECTS THICK SKINNED PEOPLE. So whenever they met they smiled overtly and talked nicely but both were aware of the poisons they were breeding in.

PART-VI

Time passed and Jitesh retired and with this his actual sufferings started. With his retirement money , he build a house for himself and started living –in .As he was not married ,he passed through the remotest phase of his life .Transition to disenchantment made him depressed. His so called beloved brothers started neglecting him as he was not able to spend money extravagantly on them. Loss of social role, loss of identity, loss of social contacts, loss of financial security and loss of power and prestige pushed Jitesh to the darkest well of depression. He suffered from Dementia also The relatives took advantage of his mental situation .They also took possession of the house which Jitesh built for his final days.Jitesh finally understood that his superiority complex was false and baseless. His whole principles were proved wrong, Jitesh could not took this further and one fine day he was found dead in a municipality hospital
His younger brothers, who were once very fond of him, openly shed some crocodile tears and secretly took his dead body in an ambassador’s luggage compartment to bid a last farewell to him
